Dobson and Associates, LLC strives to to provide professional, accurate,
well documented, and timely services to our clients and the members we serve. We strive to optimize medical expense management
while actively supporting the health and well-being of our program participants.
Our programs and services are designed to meet the needs of the individual client group as well as the individual patient we serve. Dobson and Associates, LLC serves self-funded employer group health plans, third party administrators (TPA), Taft-Hartley Trusts, school districts, insurance companies, employers and government entities throughout the United States. In order to supply our clients with the highest quality we adhere to the state standards for reviews which states: v Patient information should be limited to that needed for the review performed. (HIPAA) v Decisions must be made in a timely manner. Dobson and Associates completes the medical review 24-48 hours from receiving appropriate
clinical information v All parties must be notified of review
decisions. vThe criteria
used to determine medical necessity must be clear and concise. v An appeals process must be established.
v The review staff should be appropriately credentialed. Our staff consists of highly trained and skilled professionals with registered nurses (RN), certified case managers (CCM), licensed clinical social workers (LCSW), physical therapists (PT), medical doctors (MD) and knowledgeable support staff.
